New Interface Focused on Saving Users Time

 

Tel Aviv, Israel – July 1, 2013 – SysAid Technologies Ltd., (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM), software solutions, today announced the launch of a new user interface (UI) for its ITIL-certified software. The new UI is designed to minimize the number of clicks, improving overall processes and time spent navigating between software modules and features. The interface allows IT professionals to easily access all essential IT tools on one centralized platform, including the service desk, asset management and MDM capabilities.

The development process of the new UI included participation of a team dedicated to analyzing customer input, which was factored into the final design.

The new UI is also optimized for tablet use, allowing IT professionals to easily access and manage all activities from virtually anywhere. Additionally, the new UI offers advanced personalization, including a new option to upload profile photos for both chat and direct messages. The platform can also be customized with the customer logo for internal branding purposes.

SysAid is available in both cloud and on-premise editions. New cloud customers will benefit from the new UI immediately, while existing cloud customers will be automatically upgraded over the next two months. The new UI will also be included in SysAid’s next on-premise release, which will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2013.
